Description
We're on a mission! We're searching for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North American Sales team.
Are you a hunter with a passion for cybersecurity? Do you thrive on exceeding expectations and possess a "get things done" attitude? If so, we want to hear from you!
As an SDR, you'll leverage your communication prowess and utilize cutting-edge tools to find and engage with prospective customers in the cybersecurity space. You'll qualify leads, develop relationships with C-suite executives, and ultimately fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
Here's what you'll do:
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to penetrate named hospital accounts and prospect new customers within your assigned territory. Hit those monthly lead quotas!
- Craft and execute a daily outreach strategy that includes cold/warm calling, email, personalized LinkedIn messages, and video introductions.
- Build targeted prospect lists encompassing all levels of the hospital organization, including C-level executives, directors, managers, and system administrators.
- Master a suite of sales tools including CRM (think Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation platforms, and more.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing forums.
- Become a product expert and confidently deliver demos to qualified prospects.
Requirements
You'll fit if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR roles, or a proven track record selling cybersecurity solutions.
- A history of exceeding goals and achieving measurable results.
- A positive, "can-do" mindset with a relentless drive to succeed and smash targets.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You can confidently engage prospects over the phone, build rapport, and address objections on the fly.
- The ability to develop relationships with senior executives. This includes understanding their business challenges, future plans, and effectively addressing their security needs.
- Experience using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation tools. Bonus points if you're familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense and Google Suite.
- Experience calling on IT, Networking, Information Security, and Cybersecurity prospects. A basic understanding of cybersecurity; firewalls, network access controls, cyber risk management, incident detection and response (SIEM, SOC), visibility, and asset management is a plus.
- Existing relationships within healthcare? That's a major bonus!
