About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented Office Admin to join our team and ensure seamless day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to create an efficient and welcoming work environment. You’ll play a vital part in supporting administrative, logistical, and operational processes while contributing to an outstanding employee experience.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Serve as the main point of contact for global employees' logistics, equipment, and operational needs.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing office maintenance and supplies, while ensuring a well-organized and welcoming office environment.
  • Act as the primary contact with the building management and external vendors to coordinate maintenance and other operational tasks.
  • Handle travel expense reimbursements for global employees.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings for the company’s Co-Founders.
  • Lead the employee onboarding process, including workstation setup, equipment preparation, and operational guidance to ensure a smooth integration experience for new hires.
  • Support the Welfare Manager in executing company welfare activities.

What Makes You a Fit

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, ideally in a startup or high-tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to adapt to new technological tools.
  • Partial hybrid work model: Requires working from the office 4 days a week.
