We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure seamless HR operations that support our employees and managers. In this role, you will play a key part in driving talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for our fast growing teams, while ensuring the company's HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and aligned with our growth objectives.

Requirements

Talent Acquisition Function:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire top talent for a fast-scaling startup
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure a high standard of talent acquisition
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Track key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with headcount planning

People Operations Function:

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a positive experience and are set up for success
  • Manage off boarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate employee records
  • Maintain and improve HR policies and processes to support a high-performance culture
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of employee handbooks, guidelines, and HR documentation
  • Foster a positive remote work environment by promoting employee engagement, development, and satisfaction
  • Partner with managers and leadership to provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Support the development of company-wide initiatives to improve employee expirience, diversity, and inclusion
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers, providing guidance on HR best practices
  • Assist managers in developing team structures, role definitions, and career development pathways


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition and HR in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Strong experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, particularly in a high-growth or scaling environment
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, off boarding, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach, with a passion for learning and take new initiatives
